The superior result achieved using a rigid chamfer.

58 foot common form with chamfer, notice the straightness.

This is from a product demonstration in Colorado. We set up one panel on the end of a three panel casting bed. Each of the three panels were 20’ wide X 58’ tall and 9 ¼” thick. This is a four story building with three windows in each panel measuring 14’ x 6’6” we set the aluminum in about half the time as the crew using wood. Note that we only attached to the slab in six places (the four corners and one brace per 14’ side).

Here is the result: a perfect window opening with substantially fewer holes in the slab to patch.

This picture shows the weld plates and minimal bracing.

This 20’ run (top of wall) required only 3 braces with anchored chamfer.
